Warri____ The chief Business tycoon, Olorogun (Barr.) Kenneth Gbagi has congratulated His Excellency, Sen. (Dr.) Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, Executive Governor of Delta State as the election petition tribunal sitting in Asaba reaffirmed his electoral victory today.
While thanking God for the resounding victory at the tribunal, the former Minister of Education and 2023 Governor hopeful also praised Deltans for standing with Gov. Okowa during the tribunal period, assuring the people that the tribunal case was a mere distraction as Sen. Okowa's Stronger Delta agenda will be of immense benefit to all Deltans.
