Bayelsa APC Primaries- Agana-ba Seeks Redress In Court.

Bayelsa State____ One the frontline Governorship Aspirants of the All Progressive Congress in Bayelsa state, Engr. Preye Steve Aganaba,  has filed a petition  in a Bayelsa state  High Court of Yenagoa Judicial Division, against the outcome of the September 4th Bayelsa State chapter of the All Progressive Congress Governorship Primary Election, which allegedly witnessed massive irregularities.

Speaking On Ijaw News, Preye Aganaba said it will be a crime against democracy to allow the gross sham to go unchalleged in the court of law.

Some of the Plaintiff  Claims against the Defendents are as follows:

1-A declaration that the scheduled governorship primary of the All Progressive Congress scheduled for September 4th 2019  in the one hundred and five wards  of the Eight  Local  Government Areas  of Bayelsa state for the November 16th governorship election in the state   did not hold or take place.

 2.A declaration that the All Progressive Congress primaries election fixed  for September  4th 2019 not having held or taken place.

3-The declaration of results and return of second defendent, Mr David Pereworimini Lyon as the Candidate of the All Progressive Congress for the November 16 2019 Bayelsa state governorship elections, is illegal, unconstitutional, null and viod and of no effect whatsoever.

4-An order setting aside the results of the purported All Progressive Congress Bayelsa state governorship primaries elections , which declared and returned Mr David Pereworimini Lyon as the Candidate of the All Progressive Congress for the governorship election of Bayelsa state fixed for November 16th 2019 by Independent Electoral Commission(INEC)

5-An order restricting INEC from receiving, publishing or listing of Mr David Pereworimini Lyon as the governorship candidate of the All Progressive Congress for the Bayelsa state governorship election fixed for November 16th 2019.

6-An order restricting the second defedent (Mr David Lyon) from parading himself as the Candidate of the All Progressive Congress in the forth coming Bayelsa state governorship elections fixed for November 16th 2019.

Engr. Aganaba called on all true democrats  to remain resolute and calm,assuring party faithfuls that fairness and justice, will triumph at the end.
