Delta State ----- Hon Paul kurugbe a well renowned politician in delta state wish to felicitate with all deltans and the people's governor. Gov Dr Arthur ifeanyi okowa as delta state is 28 years old today.
The people of Delta State breathed a heavy sigh of relief with the creation of delta state by IBB. Deltans went agog in jubilation, and danced in the streets all day and night of 27th August, 1991. Everybody was happy, and woke up with high hopes, energy and boundless expectations of a great future. That was 28 years ago.
Therefore, August 27, will always be a day of joy and reflection. It is a unique day for celebrating the joy of the creation of the state.
A renowned politician in delta state" Hon Paul kurugbe" Felicitate with citizens of the State on the anniversary, he said "our beloved State has continued to blossom in spite of challenges under the administration of Gov Dr Arthur Ifeanyi okowa.
He appreciates Gov Dr. Arthur okwa for his resilience and doggedness in piloting the state to a greater height.
He further buttress that if deltans throw their support behind Gov Dr Arthur ifeanyi okowa, a better days are ahead for all Deltans, the statement add.
